- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Free return shipping on all U.S. returns
- Full refunds (minus shipping for non-defective items)

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging with all accessories included
- Proof of purchase required
- Return initiated within 30 days of delivery

How to Return
Simple 3-step process:
- Email us at support@rollibaby.shop with your order number
- We’ll email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Ship back within 7 days of receiving the label
Refund Process
When we receive your return:
- Inspection: 1-2 business days
- Refund issued: Within 7 business days
- Payment method: Original payment used
- Notification: Email confirmation sent
💳 Refund Timing: Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your bank.
Warranty Returns
For items covered by our 2-year warranty:
- Manufacturer defects covered
- Email photos/video of the issue
- We may replace or repair at our discretion
- No return shipping cost for warranty claims
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged items/package
- We’ll ship replacements immediately
- Free return shipping for wrong items
International Returns
Currently we only accept returns from:
- The 50 United States
- Return shipping not covered for international orders
