All orders ship free within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days after processing. During peak seasons (November-December), please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
Currently we only ship to addresses within the 50 United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories or international destinations at this time.
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original condition with all packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. We provide free return shipping labels for all U.S. returns.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return. Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Yes! We are an authorized retailer for both UPPAbaby and Nuna. All products are 100% authentic and come with full manufacturer warranties. We never sell knockoffs or used items as new.

Our warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from purchase. This includes structural issues, component failures, and functionality problems under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
